Contact UsThe frequency of professional maintenance visits will depend on the use of the room, your cleaning regime and the traffic that the area is likely to experience.
It will also depend on the initial restoration works undertaken.
For many of our clients we will recommend a more comprehensive restoration service initially. This will mean that for subsequent visits, the stone is likely to only need a light restoration. We also aim to create a bespoke programme for each of our clients whereby we can focus on the high-traffic areas with a more intense diamond restoration and provide a lighter polish in other areas.
We follow up with all of our clients around 1 year to 18 months after our initial visit, based on our professional opinion of when further work is likely to be necessary. We can also provide a price for maintenance immediately on request. However, we would still recommend re-visiting before commencing work to re-familiarise ourselves with your stone
Keeping your natural stone looking stunning in between our visits is something that we are passionate about. If you have had your stone treated or restored by the Athena Stonecare team then you will have been left with a guide explaining how to care for it.
