The beauty of natural stone is that every tile, worktop or wall will be completely different. That is why all natural stone restoration services that we provide are always bespoke.
We offer all of our clients a free, no obligation survey and quote. You can also request a virtual quote here.
When we visit for a survey, our skilled expert will assess the stone in order to provide a range of treatment options. We may also provide a sample in order that you can see the results that we will aim to achieve.
A formal quote will be provided on the same day and our specialist team are at the end of the phone to explain the natural stone restoration processes in detail.
Our natural stone restoration services require access to water and to electricity. Please don’t be surprised if one of our technicians asks you about this during the quote.
We often don’t need you to be around whilst we carry out the works. If you have a house-keeper or friend who can provide access to your property then this can be a hassle-free way for works to be completed.
The specialist techniques that we use are designed to cause minimal disruption. However, if we are restoring natural stone in your kitchen or bathroom then you will have limited access to these rooms throughout.
All of our cleaning and diamond resurfacing treatments use fresh water and so are dust free. The waste slurry produced is removed after each stage by specialist vacuums.
We work with experts across the country and overseas to ensure that we use only the best natural stone restoration techniques, processes and tools.
Our diamond grinding, resurfacing and polishing segments, pads, tools and machines are supplied by Klindex and HG Hyper Grinder. Both based in Italy, they are the world leaders in the industry. Using their specialist machinery we are able to restore edges, walls and worksurfaces to the same level as large floor areas. The diamond abrasives are also available to us in a variety of settings, allowing for a high quality of finish to all stone types.
We are committed to a natural approach to stone care and hence the majority of the works that we carry out are chemical free. After using diamonds to grind away surface scratches and re-polish the stone, we use a variety of sealants to protect your stone.
We are partnered with Fila Surface Care Solutions and Faber so that we can offer the market leading sealants, surfaces waxes and cleaning detergents.
Dave and his partner fully deserve the five star rating. They did a perfect job, on time and on budget. The pool surround which, after 30 years of lime build-up, looked like mud, now, after Dave has worked his magic, looks beautiful again ,showing all the lovely colouring and striations. It’s a joy to see each morning.
We used Athena to refurbish a 20 year old limestone floor and granite worktops. The floor was very scratched and damaged in a few places, and the granite needed some TLC. David and Terry spent a full day working on both and we’re delighted with the results. Its saved us a very expensive and messy job in having the floor replaced.
