There’s lots of different factors to take into account when quoting for the cost of your floor restoration.
Type of Stone
We can offer different levels of restoration depending on stone type, all of which have a different cost attached.
Service required
From a deep clean through to a full restoration, the cost of our services depends on both the time and products required to complete the work.
If you are looking for a deep clean only, this is usually at the lower end of the cost scale.
If your floor is marked, scratched and dull, then a full restoration will involve filling holes, cracks and resurfacing your floor to look brand new. This option is more costly, but will provide a longer lasting result.
Area to be cleaned
Floors, walls and worktops all require different equipment and therefore have a slightly different cost attached. Wall repolishing is completed by hand, whereas floors are polished using a larger, heavier rotary machine.
Level of shine
We’ve blogged about all things shiny before. The time taken to provide a highly polished finish will often mean a slightly more expensive price.
The good news is that we don’t rely on you to be able to answer all of the above questions yourself! We provide a full survey and quote completely free of charge. Our Managing Director visits all of our sites to take measurements and most importantly discuss how you would like your floor to look.
Quality of finish is the most important factor and for examples of our work, check out our Instagram.
